Matt Light placed on reserve-retired list

FOXBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- The New England Patriots placed Matt Light on the “reserve/retired” list on Tuesday, all but confirming the long-time left tackle has called it a career.

The 33 year old was drafted in the second round in 2001 and played in four Pro Bowls and five Super Bowls in his 11 seasons in New England.

There has been no official announcement from Light as of now.
