Brady's family takes field trip to training camp

FOXBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- We're used to seeing him as a football star, but Tom Brady is also showing he's a family man.

The Brady bunch was all together at Foxboro Wednesday. Tom’s two children along with his supermodel wife showed up at training camp and the public got a good glimpse of their growing family.

Tom Brady was all smiles the minute he spotted his family on the field and for several minutes Wednesday afternoon, we got to see number 12 -- not as a football player, but a dad who loves to play with his kids.

There was a precious moment following Patriots training camp Wednesday: quarterback Tom Brady spotted his son, 2 ½-year-old Benjamin -- who quickly tackled his dad. Then came Brady’s 5-year-old son, Jack. And within seconds, it became a group hug.

The 7Sports team spotted Gisele Bundchen walking on the field with Benjamin in her arms, searching for Brady. The family visit created several opportunities for folks to see Brady not just as a sports legend -- but a hero to his children.

For a few minutes, Brady played catch with another boy who was visiting with the Brady bunch.

It was the second afternoon cameras caught the family field trip. And as a pregnant Bundchen walked off the field alongside Jack, Brady trailed behind with Benjamin in his arms -- making sure to sign autographs for fans.

Gisele Bundchen has said she gave birth to Benjamin at the couple's Back Bay home, but they've since sold that brownstone.
