BOSTON (WHDH) -- The Patriot's are looking to move forward after Rob Gronkowski broke his arm in this past weekend’s game.

The Pat's owner Bob Kraft is talked about the tough break Tuesday night.

Kraft called the loss of Gronk a "really big blow" to the Patriots. Kraft also defended Bill Belichick after some critics questioned why Gronkowski was on the field for an extra point in the 59-24 blow-out of the Colts.

Belichick said on the subject, "Football players play football. You tell me which guys are going to get hurt, and I’ll get them out of there."

Kraft accepts that, but admits it hurts to see what happened to Gronk.

"Well I phoned him. I left him a voicemail the night after his operation. You know all of our hearts go out to him. He's a pretty special young man. He's really sad he's not with the team but we're all rooting for a quick recovery,” said Kraft.
