FOXBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- The Patriots honored retired left tackle Matt Light at Gillette Stadium.

Light was honored during halftime of last night's game.

He played all 11 years of his career with the Patriots and won three Super Bowl rings before retiring in the spring.

He said he's working with teammates and coaches on a daily basis.

“You’re really lucky if you can find the right people within your organization because it always comes down to the people. So, when I look back on it, the things I miss the most are the people you're around and not just because they're great people but because they're incredible at what they do and that's truly special,” said Light.

Some stars were also in attendance, for Monday Night Football.

Mark Wahlberg was on the field, with Patriots owner Bob Kraft prior to the game.
