FOXBORO, Mass, (WHDH) -- After two highly anticipated games against the division-leading Houston Texans and San Francisco 49ers, the Patriots are ready to face the 2-12 Jacksonville Jaguars.

“They play really well. If you look at them on film they have a lot of good players. I know their record is what it is but they’re a good football team, so if we don’t come prepared and willing to play then they can definitely hurt us,” said Steve Gregory.

The Jaguars have the worst record in the NFL, and have never beaten the Patriots during the regular season. Coming off a tough loss to the 49ers, Sunday's game couldn't have come at a better time.

“There’s important games like this that let you see how tough you are to put things behind you and to move forward,” said Tom Brady, Patriots quarterback.

“Got to get the feeling of a win again so, gonna do everything we can, make it fun Sunday, plus walk away with a ‘W,’” said Vince Wilfork.

With Jacksonville and Miami left on the schedule and a first round bye still in sight, every game is a must win. It sounds like the playoffs have already started.

“Obviously as the playoffs approach you want to be playing your best football, you want to get it rolling that time of the year. So we have to go out and continue to improve in these next two weeks and build some momentum going into the playoffs” Gregory said.
