Ravens fans parody 'Call Me Maybe'

FOXBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- Some Ravens fans are actually asking to bring on Tom Brady.

Ravens fans made a parody of Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe," but Pats fans say they might want to watch what they ask for.

7News found Pats fans wide-eyed but unimpressed.

“Bring on Brady? Wow. We have a problem here, this is crazy,” said Domenic Fazio, a Patriots fan.

“I think it’s stupid, honestly. I think there’s so many different ‘Call Me Maybe’ songs that people do their own rendition of it. I tihnk it’s kind of played out honestly,” said Zack Glasberg, a Patriots fan.

Of course, the song has been parodied so much because it's catchy, even getting three generations of Patriots fans to tap their feet.

“It’s very groovy,” said Shep Cohen, a Patriots fan.

“[I was tapping my feet] until I head the lyrics. In the art of good sportsmanship, nicely done. But Sunday will tell the tale,” said Tim Connerty, a Patriots fan.

Even Patriots Hall of Famer Andre Tippet admitted he might dance to the song.

“I like the beat. The beat’s nice, but they can sing all they want. They Ravens got to come through Foxboro. The song won’t help,” Tippet said.
