Red Sox hold auditions for next voice of Fenway
BOSTON (WHDH) -- The Boston Red Sox began working to fill the seat of former announcer, Carl Beane.
They’re holding auditions to find the new voice of Fenway Park.
Dozens of people were invited to test out their vocal chords last night.
The Red Sox have not had a permanent ballpark announcer since Carl Beane suffered a fatal heart attack while driving last May.
Auditions will also be held Saturday, January 26, from 10 to 4.
