Playoffs are a family affair for the Boston Red Sox
BOSTON (WHDH) -- The Sox players might have a few more games to win, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t keeping it all in the family.
Shane Victorino had his son Kingston with him when he celebrated winning the American League Championship Series and his huge grand slam.
And game 3 starter Jake Peavey brought his kids along to Friday's press conference where they were asked the tough question: who's their favorite player?
“Besides my dad Jacoby Ellsbury” “Besides my dad Johnny Gomes!”
After game 2 against Detroit, David Ortiz brought his son to the press conference.
Sox closer Koji Uehara even brought his son along to pre-game warm-ups.
Ortiz and Uehara’s sons even got into uniform and talked strategy before a playoff game.
