BOSTON (WHDH) -- An annual sign that indicates spring is right around the corner - the Red Sox equipment truck is ready to head to Fort Myers for spring training.
The truck was scheduled set to leave Fenway near Gate D around noon.
Fans were welcome to attend.
Wally the Green Monster and Fenway ambassadors will hand out soft baseballs to fans.
Pitchers and catchers will report to spring training next Tuesday.
