Conn. lawmaker suggests Halloween to be moved to last Sat. of the month, do you agree?

HARTFORD, Conn. -- On Monday night, ghosts, goblins, and ghouls will be going door to door, looking for treats. It's Halloween the trick or treating happens on October 31. It does not matter if that falls on a Monday, Thursday or Friday. Now one Connecticut lawmaker wants to change that.
