Viewer Voices: MBTA Food Trucks
BOSTON -- Starting this spring, the Back Bay will have a new breakfast and lunch option while the T generates some much-needed non-fare revenue, according to a release sent out by the MBTA.
Clover Foods, which also operates one of the more popular food trucks in Boston, will set up shop on the MBTA-owned space just outside the Hynes Station exit on Newbury Street. It’s a one-year license at $12,000 per year ($1,000 per month), and they pay for the utilities.
7News wants to know: How do you feel about food trucks in Boston? Should the MBTA have food trucks on MBTA-owned spaces to help generate revenue?
