Rehearsal Looks Good!
Too bad today's weather isn't a rehearsal for tomorrow's weather. We're looking at nothing but sunshine today with highs in the mid 80s and no threat of showers or storms. So for all the town fireworks tonight and for the rehearsal in Boston, it looks fabulous. Tomorrow? Not so much.
As we celebrate America's Birthday, we'll start with clouds and showers in the morning. Then we'll see a mix of sun and clouds, then a round of thunderstorms during the evening. Here's how it works: The more sunshine we see from 11am to 4pm, then more storms and severe storms we'll see during the evening. If we can't shake the clouds midday, then we'll have fewer thunderstorms and all the evening plans should go off without a hitch. That's what we'll be watching tomorrow.
Thursday goes back to being just sunny with highs in the mid 80s. Friday will be the same, just hotter near 90°. More storms are likely with hazy heat on Saturday, but it's a cool front that'll drop us back down into the lower 80s to start off next week.
Happy Pre-4th of July!
