Vacation Weather
Forecast for the next week: Sunny, low 90s, 30% chance of t'storms.
Oh wait...that's for Turks and Caicos. Sorry! I'm a little excited for my vacation with my fiance and his family!!!
Around here...not too sunny, low 80s, 70-90% chance of t'storms.
This morning, the clouds are filling in and scattered showers are possible. Showers will turn to storms by this afternoon, but most of the severe storms will be across western MA and CT. That's not to say we won't see storms in our area too, but the risk of severe storms will hold off until tonight. Torrential rain (because of the tropical-like air that's moving in) is possible along with frequent lightning, hail, and damaging winds.
Friday's best chance of stronger storms will be in the morning with more showers and storms possible Saturday too. Saturday is not a wash out, but we'll certainly see occasional storms so have a backup plan for outdoor activities. Sunday dries out and next week looks a bit calmer with sunshine and lower 80s.
Have a great day!

Quite a few clouds in the sky at times this afternoon, but the atmosphere lacked ample moisture to produce showers, so we made out just fine with temps near 70. Even the coast made it well into the 60s before the onshore wind knocked temps back.

Pretty Good Weekend Overall

Sure, it's a cool start with many of the suburbs down into the upper 30s and lower 40s, but we'll warm up quickly through the day as that sun helps us out.

Strong Finish

An overall cooler day, but also a great end to the workweek as highs neared 70, low humidity continued and plenty of sunshine dominated the skies. Now all we need is this to continue through the weekend right?

Still Good

How about yesterday? The 82 in Boston matched the warmest temp we've had since September 13th. Of course, with a wind gusting past 30mph and relative humidity near 18%, it certainly didn't feel oppressive.
