Cruise Control, Speed Limit 50

Temperatures at 5:00AM were a good 30 degrees cooler than they were yesterday at the same time. Of course, yesterday had it's challenges with tracking rain and falling temperatures throughout the day.
So how about today and the rest of the week? Well, put it this way, get used to the cooler weather. Temps average mid to upper 40s each afternoon, maxing out in a few towns at 50. Rinse and repeat that through the weekend. The most clouds the next couple of day are across SE Mass/Cape/Islands. Overnight lows range in the mid 20s in the burbs to mid 30s in the city. At times, the breeze will be active out of the northeast, especially along the coast.
I don't see any storms in the forecast until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. Unfortunately, it looks like the potential is there for a big coastal storm to bring in lots of rain and wind. Not a lock yet, but something we'll watch for. Of course, next Wednesday, without a doubt, is a very busy travel day!
Enjoy the Fall weather.
