Cool & Dry For Now
Posted by Chris Lambert
A westerly breeze brought in the cooler weather today, but it also helped bring in the drier weather we had from late morning, through the afternoon. Skies gradually clear tonight with temperatures dropping below freezing in many communities, including areas close to Buzzards Bay and the Cape. If you're off to an early start with the Spring flowers or plants, tonight and tomorrow night are good nights to cover them up and protect them.
Sunny skies beat out the clouds tomorrow, and for baseball at the Fens, then weather works out just fine. The heavier Sox sweatshirt is needed though. Game time temps for the 1:35PM start is 49, Game 2 at 7PM starts at 44 degrees.
Monday turns out to be similar to Sunday, although more clouds start filling in by day's end.
Tuesday is a close call with an evolving, slow moving, coastal low just to our south and southeast. I think it gets close enough to drag in some rain with a chilly northeast wind.
