That's A Wrap--I Think

I hope I'm not jinxing us with this statement.."The recent wet pattern is over....onto sunshine & a more summer- like pattern.." The last time someone from 7 weather called a pattern change too soon we got a blizzard and 3 subsequent nor'easters (looking at you Pete!!--LOL). We don't have to worry about any blizzards or nor'easters but one never knows in the new world order.
What I do know is that the next 3 days we certainly offer some fantastic weather with mostly sunny skies, low humidity and seasonal temps. High pressure settles into the northeast this morning and will burn some vacation time in New England. As we work into the weekend, this high pressure slides east a little bit and that will allow a warm front to press through northern New England. I think this front will be too far away to tag us with any daytime showers/storms but we will see a few afternoon clouds on Saturday & perhaps an isolated showers overnight Saturday night & early Sunday morning. Warmer more humid weather is set to arrive early next week.
Enjoy that sunshine!
