Looking at the extended weather maps this morning, I can't find any excessive heat or humidity for New England for the next 1-2 weeks! In fact, for many of you, you may have already seen/felt your last 90 degree day this year! Not to say put the snow tires on or get the shovels ready as this pattern we are in will offer some absolutely amazing late summer weather.
It's starts now with sunny skies & after an hour or two of cool conditions, temperatures will finish in the upper 70s with low humidity. More like early September than early August. Ideal for the beaches, pools, golf courses & tennis courts. Don't forget that sunscreen! Skies are clear tonight and that September Preview rolls on with many cities & towns dipping into the 40s by early Tuesday morning. Downtown Boston will see overnight temps into the upper 50s--our coolest since June 20th! Bring it.
Tuesday and much of Wednesday will offer more sunshine, low humidity & temps close to 80 by afternoon. Thursday will be our next chance of some rain---a high chance for showers to persist for much of the day. Dry weather returns for Friday,
