No rain gear needed this morning as the only issue will be fog and once we get rid of that fog a delightful summer day unfolds. The system that brought us the showers the past few mornings has been pushed to out south for a few days thanks to High Pressure from Canada. This area of high pressure will hold strong through the end of the week providing us with seasonal summertime temps, a smidge of humidity as well as a healthy dose of sunshine. The only issue will be the afternoon hours where an isolated shower (20% chance) may pop up across western-central New England. The beaches will be rain-free through Friday.
As we step into the upcoming holiday weekend, that weather system (a warm front) will creep back north into New England. This means the risk of scattered showers will happen across all of New England. I do think the greatest risk will be across western-northern New England each afternoon. Before you drop F-bombs at me, keep in mind there will still be plenty of dry weather as well as sunshine each of the 3 days. Temps will be seasonal with afternoon highs in the low 80s as well as a touch of humidity each day.
