That Sox team is simply amazing...just relentless. Much like the clouds across New England once again this morning. These clouds are without a home (storm) but like yesterday will hang with us for the day. Unlike yesterday, these clouds are thick and take up more real estate across the region so plan on less sun (still some around though). Despite all these clouds, it stays dry (disclaimer:....ocean storm will graze the outer Cape/Nantucket with some midday afternoon showers) and mild. Most towns reach the mid 60s yet again.
Tomorrow offers up another round of clouds but these clouds have a purpose---to jump offshore by mid morning. This will set the stage for a nice October day with afternoon highs in the low 70s as well as all sorts of sunshine. Clouds will return by nightfall.
Those clouds will be tied to our only real weather playa the next few days, a cool front that will swing through New England overnight Thursday & very early Friday with some showers. This front is out of here by early Friday allowing for mainly sunny skies. Even though it;s a cool front, there's not much cool air on tap for Friday as most towns finish the day above normal (near 70).
The warm October rolls on. Relentless.
