Warm & Fuzzy

Anytime you can grab a warm day in October is a good day. Don't get me wrong, you will not find a bigger snow monger than myself and can't wait for those flakes to fly but until the pattern turns cold it's not even a possibility (maybe 10-15 days from now). So, enjoy the sun & warmth until then.
We will have to battle some early morning fog but otherwise look for a day of at least partial sunshine, breezy air and temps reaching the low 70s---10 degrees above normal! We will hold onto the mild air tonight as well with lows only in the low 60s. There will be a fair amount of clouds around and even some rain showers between 11pm & 4am. Highest chance of the rain tonight will be from Worcester to Nashua and locations northwest of that line. Dry metro Boston.
Technically, it's a cool front moving through New England late tonight & early tomorrow but this front doesn't have much cool air with it so we're back above normal tomorrow afternoon with many cities & towns reaching the upper 60s under a mostly sunny sky. Easy Street.
The weekend offers more dry weather for both Saturday & Sunday---great news for Head of The Charles--and seasonal temps, mid 60s for highs. Clouds will build into the region by late day but no rain is expected at this time (dry for Sox/Tigers).
