Wow! Just Wow.

In a game that seemed like the small ball mistakes would cost us, it was the biggest of the long balls that won it. After all, what team needs to efficiently bunt when you can just hit grand slams? Now we're World Series bound, and it feels great!
With the adrenaline of last night still running, it'll be a fantastic Fall day in New England. The only downside I can find is the wind. It will be active out of the west, gusting to 25-30mph. Temps run from the upper 50s in the hilly terrain of Worcester County to the lower to middle 60s closer to the coast.
Tomorrow and Tuesday, the mild October weather continues as highs reach the mid to upper 60s. There's just a slight risk of a late-day shower Tuesday, otherwise, we have to wait until Wednesday for a better chance of rain.
Wait, what... rain for the Series? Well, not quite. Wednesday's rain falls during the day as showers move in. It's just a glancing shot from a developing ocean storm, and it appears to dry out just in time for Game 1. Game 1 temps hover in the mid 40s. Game 2 is a cool and dry one with temps in the mid to lower 40s.
That cooler pattern sticks for the rest of the month, so enjoy the milder weather now!
Go Pats and go Sox!
